Happy Rascal Ranch is a horse rescue ranch in Peña Blanca, New Mexico. Clea and Sally Hall do an amazing job taking care of the horses, donkeys, and one cow, with Keenan's help. Dave delivers the hay every month from Colorado, and volunteers gather to unload and stack the delivery. Here's a short film from the April "hay day."
